The purpose of this initial Training and Development Assessment is to provide a tool for determining the existence, scope, depth of content, and effectiveness of the training and development resources which you provide. 


The scope of this assessment is to evaluate the various training and education platform strategies, and their effectiveness within your organization. 


It's in your best interest to thoughtfully respond to the assessment as honestly as your knowledge / experience allows you to answer. The responses should be reviewed with members of your team to gain further insights and details as needed.
